Buffalo Niagara 360 is a program of the Buffalo Niagara Partnership designed to retain and attract the next generation of business leaders in Buffalo Niagara. They are here to provide you with the resources you need to make important personal and professional contacts, strengthen connections between employers and employees and become more involved in the region. Connectivity is at the program’s core. Through an innovative, multi-dimensional approach, the program is designed for young professionals who want to work in stimulating environments, connect with and learn from others by expanding their network outside the workplace, grow their careers and business development opportunities and become more active and engaged in improving their community.


B_Team Buffalo
is a community of young leaders who create and execute high impact projects aimed at improving the Greater Buffalo Area. The B_Team inspires residents of the Greater Buffalo area to work collaboratively and play an active role in the community. The B_Team was born out of a necessity. The necessity was to make the ideas of civic engagement and community service fun again.



The Buffalo Jaycees, a Buffalo Junior Chamber of Commerce, is one of the premier leadership training organizations for young people in Western New York. It is specifically for men and women between the ages of 21 and 39. Their organization offers business development, management skills, individual training, community service, and international opportunities through a variety of channels, including community projects, social events and conventions. They have monthly social mixers, distinguished speakers, and many other activities.


Leadership Buffalo was founded in 1987 as a project of the Greater Buffalo Chamber of Commerce. “Service, Diversity, Inclusion and Openness to Change," are the four values that define what the goal of Leadership Buffalo is and they were chosen because they truly personify the personality of their organization. They offer a variety of programs catering to all level types for individuals to develop stronger leadership skills and qualities and also introduce or reintroduce the Buffalo Niagara region and all it has to offer. Some of the programs include Class Experience, Rising Leaders, Youth Leadership, and Experience Buffalo.
