Where you live is as important as how you spend your time—and in Buffalo Niagara, you’ll find a special place to call home.

It’s hard to describe the City of Buffalo without also describing its neighborhoods. Like many mid-size and large metropolitan areas, much of the city’s charm comes from the diversity of its neighborhoods—some defined by their architecture, some by their amenities, and still others by their histories. With its breathtaking beauty, Niagara Falls attracts millions of visitors every year. More recently real estate developers and entrepreneurs are rediscovering the lost gems of the American side, including grand hotels and apartment buildings with breathtaking views of the Falls. Niagara Falls has several lovely

With the region’s easy commutes—an average time of 21 minutes—you can live just about anywhere in Buffalo Niagara and still be close enough to other areas to enjoy them regularly.
