Re-use & Redevelopment Opportunities

With significant Environmental Protection Agency grants to evaluate conditions and clean up sites up for re-use and redevelopment, there are a number of opportunities throughout the Buffalo Niagara area. The Brownfield Clean Up Program (BCP) provides benfits for the cleanup and redevelopment of brownfield sites including liability relief and tax credits. 
 

Niagara Falls, NY – Santarosa Holdings
Just 3-mintues from the bridges into Ontario, Canada, this 19-acre site has already had over 12 acres remediated with a Certificate of Completion from the NYDEC and an up to 20% tax credit is available on any capital expenditures here through the year 2021.
