Regional economic development organization promotes business development and marketing professionals
BUFFALO, NY – Invest Buffalo Niagara—the nonprofit, privately-funded economic development organization representing the eight counties of Western New York—today announced the promotion of Sarah Larson to marketing manager and Alan Rosenhoch to director of business development.
Sarah Larson has been with Invest BN for over 12 years, working as a graphic designer and web manager. She has supported internal and regional partner promotional campaigns, and earned several awards, including, most recently, a 2017 PRSA Excalibur Gold Award for Invest BN’s “Relocation Guide.” Invest Buffalo Niagara’s website has been recognized with several awards and is now the second largest lead generator for Invest BN’s business development. Larson serves as president of her Parent Teacher Organization, using her passion for education and children in the community. Following her promotion to director of marketing, Larson will oversee Invest BN’s three-person marketing department, its operations and its budget.
Alan Rosenhoch’s promotion to director of business development comes after nearly 10 years with Invest Buffalo Niagara. He has secured numerous wins for the organization including Bak USA, Sentient Science and Athenex’s manufacturing project. Rosenhoch was named to Buffalo Business First’s 30 Under 30 list in 2013. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto and his MBA from University at Buffalo. He serves on the board of Spirited Athletes Bold at Heart (SABA) and is the incoming board president of Kadimah Academy of Buffalo. In his new role, Rosenhoch will oversee all business development, the core mission of Invest Buffalo Niagara, developing and implementing strategy for new business attraction
