Calling expats and professionals: ‘Be in Buffalo’ wants you to live and work in Western New York

On Thursday, the regional marketing organization launched a talent attraction program called Be in Buffalo that aims to draw expats and others to Buffalo to fill jobs in engineering, finance, health care and technology.
